The fourth edition of the Berlin Circus Festival is coming up fast. In just one month, we open a festival with a capacity of up to 10,000 people, back on the Tempelhof field. After a sold out edition and an unbelievably positive echo last year, we decided to continue growing for a more people and greater diversity in productions.
One year ago, however, another forward-looking decision was made. A tent will be built, specifically designed and designed for contemporary circus:
In addition to renting the tent through our new company Bengel Events UG, we would like to offer residencies, create a new venue for circus companies in Germany (and Europe) and of course we have many more ideas. However, the tent is expensive:
The design, the construction, the trailer, the insurance and the storage (for a year) cost a total of 190,000 €. We have already collected 165,000 €. We only need 25.000 € more, which we need to find until 10.8.
We would like to address to you now, because you know us, know our energy and motivation and we trust that we can manage together to give life to this beautiful circus tent.

- champagne-colored from the outside to set it apart from the traditional circus
- inside dark blue, so it is as dark as possible
- Diameter of 30m, is 10m high, has a particularly durable dome and enough space in the air for swinging trapeze
- The custom built grandstand has a capacity of 500 people and can be built in different variations.

DETAILS
- The loan runs for 27 months and ends on 31.10.2020.
- It earns interest at 2% p.A. on the amount of the original loan.
- For the time of the loan, the tent will be given to you proportionately as security.
- Minimum amount of the loan are 500 €.
Upon completion of the payment you agree to the contract. Please take a look at it before - after payment we will send it to you signed by mail (If you wish to sign it before, we can do that too). Unconventional, but good! If you have questions, feel free to contact:
