The Berlin Circus Festival is the 1. festival for contemporary circus in Berlin. In 2015 we celebrated our 1. edition, our birth year.  
Our mission: We want to bring fantastic shows to Berlin, amaze people with wonderful things, let children dream again about circus and - just at the side - help to establish contemporary circus as an art form. 

All of this would not be possible without all the people who support us. In order to continue to ensure the wonderful diversity and versatility of the festival, we look are looking for more supporters who will help make the festival a unique cultural event.

In order to create and design our beautiful festival site every year, check tickets, give directions and last but not least to support the artists, we will again need helping hands.

If you want to support us and the contemporary circus, if you like to be outside and want to have a unique summer experience with us, then subscribe to our support list. Anyone who would like to contribute to our festival is welcome here.

For our Open Stage and the Work in Progress evenings, we will have an open call starting from 15.4., which will be published here and via our Facebook and Instagram channels. More information on how to apply for the residency will follow soon.

Even circus artists are sometimes tired too. In order to offer our artists a unique experience, we accommodate them every year in private quarters. We are looking for residents who are willing to welcome our artists and are interested in getting to know people from all over the world - an exciting and unique experiences!

Of course, we would like to thank all of the hosts with one free ticket per night.

For everyone who wants to try out circus themselves or deepen their skills, we offer workshops with different contents and for different levels every year. We will publish the workshop program and the conditions of this year's workshops soon.
