​Open Call Social Media Intern

We are looking for a FLINTA Social Media Intern!

WHO YOU ARE 

You're tech-savvy, social-media-curious FLINTA* person who's excited about creativity, chaos and circus? Join our communications team this summer to help bring Berlin Circus Festival to life on Instagram!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Create daily reels & stories from the festival site
• Document behind-the-scenes moments, artist vibes, audience reactions
• Post with personality and boldness - we love authentic, raw content
• Edit short videos (in-app or with CapCut, Premiere etc.) 
• Be part of a small, fun team and have full creative freedom

WHAT WE OFFER

• A paid internship

• Creative independence + hands-on mentorship working directly with the festival director and social media manager
• A unique summer experience

WHO YOU ARE

• You identify as FLINTA* (women, lesbian, inter, non-binary, trans, agender) – we will not question your identity
• You love visual storytelling and social media
• You're curious about circus, performance and culture
• You feel at home filming, editing and sharing your point of view
• You're free between 21th of july and 20th of august, ideally based in Berlin
