This raw and poetic show tells the story of two women exploring life in all its messy, magical contradictions. With exceptional skill and unique artistry, they take us on a wild emotional journey—from the depths of despair to the wide horizons of childlike wonder. Bound by unshakable complicity, the duo lead us through their fertile imagination with humor, grace and earth beneath their nails. Surrounded by sound installations, soil and striking circus technique, they take us into their world: provocative, playful, daring and deeply human. “Memoirs of Mud” is the latest production by SISUS, a Finnish circus collective known for their powerful presence and high-level acrobatics.
