With “Meander” the five magnificent circus artists invite you into a world where every gesture is shaped by collective rhythm and the refusal of hierarchy. With extraordinary sensitivity and breathtaking acrobatic skill, Meander will not leave you untouched. ‘“Meander” is like a sun-drenched, ever-changing mountain landscape that passes by your eyes in a high-speed train. One rock after another appears, each mountain is different, and disappears before you can really comprehend it.’ Theatrekrant Knot on Hands, who have already captivated audiences at Berlin Circus Festival with their breathtaking signature of intimate partner acrobatics, return once again to push the limits of movement, form and feeling. The dream behind “Meander” was years in the making. After countless collaborations and shared stages, the celebrated collectives Knot on Hands, Felix Zech and Marta & Kim come together under the wings of production houses TENT and Dansateliers to create this poetic and powerful work.
